Arrive ready. Keep the room clear.

Use a specific title. Participants should know whether this is a game, interview, workshop or internal discussion.

Invite only the people who need access. Keep the room private while you prepare.

Choose the correct microphone, listen for noise, and use headphones when possible to avoid echo.

State that audio is being recorded and where the files will be available afterwards.

Wait for each participant to grant or decline consent. Do not treat silence or channel entry as consent.

The organiser should be able to manage the room; participants should only see the room and controls meant for them.

If the conversation moves off record, use the room controls before it happens—not after.

Say who can access the archive and how to find the session later.

Open the archive, verify the mix and tracks are present, and report a problem with the room ID.
